I'm a tech product leader who is professionally trained and certified as a leadership & executive coach with over 1000 hours of coaching experience. I hold the International Coaching Federation's advanced credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as well as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC from the industry's leading school, the Co-Active Training Institute).
I also advise early stage startups on product management and coach small teams on working better together and increase their effectiveness, especially while building zero to one products.

Coaching - I'll partner with you to help you grow into the person and leader you want to be, and that can overcome all of the challenges you're facing. I'll do this by listening, asking you open-ended questions, proposing exercises, and offering up observations.
Advising - I can also bring in tactical advice to help you build leadership and/or PM skills, informed by years of experience working and leading in tech product management as well as advising startups on building zero to one products and teams.

I'm an experienced PM operator and leader. At LinkedIn, I led subscriber retention for LinkedIn Premium, built ML-powered insights products for job seekers, and scaled community products for 100Ms of users. At Citizen (Sequoia-backed personal safety startup), I created the new consumer subscription product, business line, and team that generated the startup's first sustained revenue.
I've developed a style and frameworks that work consistently on various types of product teams and companies. I build products and teams with deep empathy, first principles, and servant leadership.
