I'm a tech product leader who is professionally trained and certified as a leadership & executive coach with over 1000 hours of coaching experience. I hold the International Coaching Federation's advanced credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as well as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC from the industry's leading school, the Co-Active Training Institute).
My goal is to help you understand the problem, how it’s impacting you (and your team/company), and grow your capacity to solve it (and your ability to coach others to do the same). I coach and advise, but we'll design the right mix for you.
Coaching - This is a process where I help you change your ways of seeing, feeling about, and behaving in situations you deem to be problematic by listening, asking you open-ended questions, proposing exercises, and offering up observations.
Advising - I can also bring in tactical advice to help you build leadership and/or PM skills, informed by 1) years of experience working and leading in tech product management, 2) working with clients across 1000+ hours and 3) advising startups on building zero to one products and teams.
